Testing of suitable stitch types and sizes for different aspects of the construction.
How to insert a lining if required.
Edge finishing including the correct application of elastic.
The complexity of your pattern and your sewing ability will effect how much of the garment you will complete. You will cover all necessary aspects of the construction to ensure you will be able to finish it at home if it is not completed on the day.
You will need

The fabric requirements as laid out on the pattern envelope, plus about 10cm extra for testing.

A basic sewing kit.
Fine sharp pins are imperative.
Machines will be available for you to use, however if you would like to use your overlocker or cover stitch machine you should bring these along with stretch needles.
We will have 2 threaded overlockers for you to use one with white and one with black thread.
